Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are the most efficient method of quickly cleaning up mess. The best robot vacuums and mop I tested had great navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds as well as wires that were tangled.
You can also schedule cleaning chores with an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combo that has cutting-edge features look no further than the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This model of the highest quality is quick and agile, picking up debris like pet hair and human hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It features a sleek and elegant app interface with a miniature map of your home and buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
The S8's Dirt Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
It comes with a range of other features that are smart too, including an alternative dock that connects to your home plumbing to clean and wash the mop without requiring refilling it manually. You can even use voice commands with the S8's built-in voice assistant that can be activated by saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular controls using just your voice.
2. cheap robot vacuum
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible choices. It's one of many combination robot vacuums that have mops that are also available at a lower cost than other models.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to begin, which includes creating an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot is able to begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.
It is important to note that the mapping process takes a while and it could take a few tries before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate image of your space. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles, but got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and needed to turn to release itself. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do it all.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbers. This results in floors being cleaned and not just being swept. Its detachable stick-vacuum is a game changer that allows you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.
The model is basically identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction capacity of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's surroundings and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you customize the settings of your choice such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging base after each task to clean their pads, empty their dust bins and place debris into bags that self-seal. This keeps the system clean, and also stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to clean large areas without needing an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the expensive robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the money. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotary floor brush for carpets, and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also has an unique mopping method that utilizes a roller continuously spraying with water to collect dirt and deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without crashing, and staying clear of stairs. It had trouble with fine particles and didn't always clear the thresholds in rooms. The operating noise level is also quite high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than other models.
Like many robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can refill its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on an ongoing basis. Eufy's app lets you control all its functions. It gives you a clear overview with plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums available that are available. It provides impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision. The app lets users fine-tune map coverage, set no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush is designed to prevent hair from wrapping itself around it. This is a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
affordable robot vacuum is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates smart carpet detectors, which raise the pads when they are close to soft surfaces to avoid contamination.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free center for maintenance, automatically washing and drying the mops, and refilling them with water and detergent. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust for 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation, unlike traditional robot vacuums that empty their dust bins every time they are emptied.
6. S10
This robot is just a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my office tidy. It also has the ability to reach the corners of my small apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an image of your home which allows it to know where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.
It also has some outstanding standout features, including an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to places that other mops can't reach. You can also adjust the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
It features the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and is able to distinguish between laminate and carpets with high-pile rugs. And, if you're looking to save time, it can skip cleaning rooms that aren't soiled. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't wish to spend additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping features, this is an excellent option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this robot is a great choice. It has a range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as customizable settings via the app. It's extremely quiet and can navigate between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to pick up knots in the rug and its battery drains faster than other models we've tried.
With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and a handy automation into a slick design. It didn't do as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however, it did very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power which is suitable for small debris to the powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect the mop pads, and not leave your carpets soaked.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in cramped spaces. It's quick and quiet, and it can navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a nice job of getting pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than the majority of its competition, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it can be configured to take a picture of every object it finds (i.e., chew toys, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they don't get removed during subsequent cleanings. The photos are encrypted and aren't tied to your account.
It does a fantastic job of vaccuming but isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and it basically drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
